California Gardens — Residences.
Property photography for California Gardens, a hillside residential development — aerial, exterior and architectural detail coverage.
The Challenge.
Capturing a multi-unit residential development built across a hillside — the individual homes, their shared driveway and grounds, and the lake-and-city views the site itself looks out over.
The Solution.
Aerial drone photography alongside ground-level coverage — wide establishing shots of the full row of homes, the entrance and driveway, and architectural detail on balconies and facades.
The Results.
"The California Gardens shoot was absolutely amazing. Matmon Media did a great job capturing the showroom and all the important details of the project. The shots were well planned, clear, and visually appealing, and the editing brought everything together beautifully. It was an easy and enjoyable experience working with the team, and the final result really represented the project well." — California Gardens
