Bella Vista — Residences.
Launch film for Bella Vista Residences, a four-unit maisonette development in Riat Hills, Kisumu — blending on-location footage with the project's architectural renders.
The Challenge.
Bella Vista is an off-plan development — four 4-bedroom maisonettes in Riat Hills, Kisumu, not yet built out at the time of filming, with only architectural plans and renders to work from.
The Solution.
A launch film blending available on-location footage with the project's own architectural renders, with voice-over and on-camera talent from the client's own team woven into the final edit.
The Results.
"Working with Matmon Media on the Bella Vista Residence project was such a great experience. The team was professional, patient, and very easy to work with. I personally did the voice-over and appeared in some of the shots, and the lady directing was so sweet and understanding, especially whenever I forgot my lines. What impressed me most was how they incorporated the project renders into the final edit, especially since Bella Vista is an off-plan project. The final outcome was creative, seamless, and truly brought the vision of the project to life." — Bella Vista Residences
